Central Monitoring System (CMS) CMS-2004 Central Monitoring System
is a receiving and responding system designed for on-line alarm
systems, consisting of a receiver (hardware) and a program
(software). The receiver is capable of receiving signals in CONTACT
ID，4+2 EXPRESS，4/2，4/1 and 3/1 formats and is compatible with all
systems commonly used in the world, such as EAGLE, ADEMCO, C&K,
DSC, PARADOX, BOSCH, GE, EL, FBI and OMNI. The
WIN98/WINME/WIN2000/WINXP-based CMS-2004 software is featured with
user-friendly interfaces, convenient operation and complete set of
functions. Direct computer aided programming ensures stable
performance of the receiver. ROISCOK has designed the CMS for
numerous locations by now. This system is widely used, such as in
110 Alarm Control Center of PSB , 110 Alarm Control Center of
Security Office, Burglar Alarm Center of Financial System, Control
Center of Property Management in Residential Quarters, Security
& Safety System of Enterprises and Schools, and so on. Main
functions of CMS:
1. Receive alarm information of networked users at long distance;
2. Real-time monitoring the system working status of all users,
such as opening and closing down, arming and disarming, line
trouble, power failure and so forth;
3. Record complete data of the networked users to support real-time
checking;
4. The user status interface will popup automatically when
alarming;
5. Start the electronic map automatically when there is alarm,
which indicates the specific event location so that police staff
can take action accurately and promptly;
6. Provide the complete information of monitoring, checking, prompt
responding, event recording, etc.;
7. Provide complete central database, including users files, police
force files, police event files, etc., so that the checking and
maintenance can be done easily;
8. Be applied to Windows system;
9. Be able to achieve intensive management;
10. Be able to automatically recognize different kinds of alarm
events, such as medical emergency, fire emergency, robbery
emergency, stealing emergency, gas emergency, knock and destroy
emergency, and so on, which guarantees the rescue action is
